The Doctor is in

I'm in the basement of a municipal building with the Dr. Paul Thinner. He is showing some of the poor shape the building is in, and at the same time he is doing some quick fixes which are greatly improving things. We are focused on the ceiling - there are areas that are being leased out- However, only one tenant is left, King Jimmy. Paul is talking about how we have to lease out more space, or raise the rents or something. Later, I am talking to King Jimmy, but he is trying to get a reduction or move out. I am able to keep them by giving him the same rate, but adding additional square footage. He is clear that he needs all the space under the Water Dept. and Clerk's. We work out the deal to get him to stay.
